Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in all original Fenton & Fenton packaging.
Arrange Shipping
Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable service; please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection & Refund
